By accessing or using My Money My Budget (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

My Money My Budget is a shared family budgeting application that helps households plan spending, track transactions, set savings goals, and manage recurring bills. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By signing up, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated below.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

• Monthly subscriptions: Payments are not refunded. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.
• Annual subscriptions: If you cancel before the end of the annual term, you are eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include: attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; interfering with other users' accounts; uploading malicious code; using the Service for unlawful purposes; or reverse engineering the software.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through the Service are owned by My Money My Budget or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial family budgeting purposes.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You are responsible for your own financial decisions; the Service is a tool to assist budgeting and does not constitute financial advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Money My Budget shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which My Money My Budget operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
